Nationwide shipping policy:

TextileKart.com promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We take pride in delivering on time, every time. 

FREE Shipping:
TextileKart.com offers absolutely free nationwide shipping on most products. Some products may be charged for shipping which will be mentioned in product description page. For all prepaid orders we ship parcel with our logistics partners and for cash on delivery ( COD ) parcels will be shipped through Indian Post ( VP parcel) which do not have any type of parcel tracking system.

For prepaid orders we deliver within 15 working days but in some unavoidable circumstances or depending on the location it may get delayed. For COD parcels we do not have tracking system, so we can’t assure the delivery period.

Delivery may not be possible at a few select locations by our logistics partners. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

TextileKart.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the entry at the time of placing order. TextileKart.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
